We needed a new MFD printer, visited the store given excellent advice, no hard sell. I made a purchase the following day, I was given a good discount on extra toner cartridges. Prices are comparable to best internet offerings, and it’s a local business. Highly Recommend.
I called to ask for a price but the seller is too rude. He said your English is terrible. I am not native English speaker but he cannot say that.
Brilliant shop, I bought my printer here and had a great experience great support when I had a problem with it too Recently have had art prints done with them, they looked great, were done super quick and really reasonably priced too.

Took my faulty printer here on 16th Jan 24. The chap Mabs advised a £15 inspection fee with no guarantee of repair. 2 hours later a phone call to tell me that the printer was fixed and there was no further charge. Fantastic, friendly service. Would recommend anyone with a faulty printer to contact Cartridge and Print Solutions first.
I went in today as my printer has been playing up, the chap was ever so helpful and said his diagnostic work would be £15. So I thought I would take the chance saving buying a new printer. When I took it in he took a quick look and found a piece of trapped paper and as my magic I went home and it works fine. He didn't even charge me a penny!! Restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so much.
Outstanding service. Better quality cartridges that last longer. Replaced a faulty cartridge straight away. Would highly recommend.
Just be aware of the terms and conditions. When you buy a full set of cartridges that are no longer suitable, They only offer you a credit note, and you have to buy the equivalent item.Cannot spend the money on other things when they do not have a replacement for your type of printer.
