Ordered a T-Shirt from this store and they sent me the wrong one in the post. I calmly sent an email on Friday discussing the matter to which I had no reply. I then phoned on Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, again I had no answer. Poor customer service and seem to have no sense of urge to resolve issues
Great store, great product and awesome customer service. I needed to get a purchase sent out for next day delivery a little after the usual cut-off time and they we're more than happy to make it happen. Would recommend!
The customer service at this store is exceptional. The response I received after an issue with an order was polite, timely and the problem was rectified swiftly. I would highly recommend this store.
A solid selection of street wear and Scottish independent brands. This shop does not cater for a fast fashion shopper, however if you are looking for quality and willing to pay for it you will find something you like guaranteed.
Order a magazine from Cartocon, when it arrived the outer sleeve was bent. I'm convinced they knew the magazine they were sending was bent as there was no damage to the cardboard packaging they sent it in. As I wanted to keep it for my collection I contacted them to find out whether they could replace it. I did not recieve a response by email or twitter. I did recieve a refund after returning the magazine but if you order from them and you have a problem, you will not get a response. Avoid.

This place is a real gem - I stop by whenever I pass through Dundee and the selection of clothes they have are epic. Big up the independent shop game!
