People were very friendly and helpful on the phone, the only thing was the concrete came an hour and half late, good thing me and my helpers were free! I will book yous again for jobs but just work on your timing but other than that great service!!
Just had delivery and compliments to delivery driver - took great care in ensuring product was left where we had requested. He was especially friendly and gave my son who was glued to the window a toot and wave on the way out. Product is of good quality and as requested.
Ive been in the building business 35 years now and this is by far, the best merchant in the country, great staff, and if they dont have what your looking for, no-one will. A credit to the owners.
I rang up at extremely short notice when my local place let me down for a delivery of ready mix concrete one hour before he was supposed to arrive - we were all ready and waiting- the guy on the phone was extremely accommodating - 2 hours later, their lorry pulled up - half an hour earlier than I was expecting - and the driver was patient, friendly, and helpful. I'll not go anywhere else for ready mix in the future.
Well run business with great products and very good to deal with
As an absolute DIY novice, I called the team at Carryduff Building Supplies for help with a small garden project. From my first call through to delivery, this team truly place customers at the heart of their business. The sound advice I received from Chris in deciphering my scribbled project drawing, through to Andrew delivering my order was first class. I can not recommend this local business highly enough. A new, repeat customer.
Have dealt with these guys a few times now and have to say wat a great bunch of lads always helpful and friendly Adam delivered my stones etc today and went totally out of his way to make things as easy as possible for me so thankyou Adam highly recommend carryduff builders to anyone

Very poor customer service, seem nice enough until you have an issue then they lie and say they will resolve it then keep you waiting like an eejit.
Just a word of thanks to all the people that I dealt with at Carryduff Building Supplies from the young man at the barrier at these hard times to the Lady and Gentleman who where very helpful at the trade counter and the prompt delivery I received this morning
