I ordered a stone bath from Adamsez which was installed by professional plumbers. When hot water was run into the bath it cracked - a thin hairline crack which leaked water. I have reported this to my supplier who in turn contacted Adamsez - they asked local representative to visit and despite chasing twice to date I have heard nothing for two weeks. Poor
Exceptional customer service support, a company that goes beyond the call of duty. Never experienced such proactive support and customer care. Thank you.
