Well presented modern extensive showroom with prices clearly shown for each model. Staff professional and very attentive. Gary was specifically helpful to us in helping to determine which rating of fire we would need and various options. On visiting early Sept 2022 they have started setting up a kitchen worktop display with the intent to sell the different worktop materials. We have picked our wood burner stove and will be ordering soon hopefully.
I am delighted with the quality of the fire and the superb level of service I received from Mourne Fires.nAlso the fitting service by Jordan Wade and accomplice. They unobtrusively fitted the fire on the day arranged with a minimum of fuss and went beyond expectations by addressing some failings in another existing fire. No fuss. No mess. Overall a first class experience from beginning to end. Thank you. Dorothy.
I found Mourne Fireplaces very tidy and professional. During the whole process leading up to the installation they kept me informed and honoured every appointment. There workers was very tidy even went that extra mile by put down dust sheets prior to starting there work. Will do business again
Great selection of stoves, there is something for everyone. I was very impressed with the show room and the customer service we received. We dealt with a lady called Wendy and she was exceptional. Her knowledge was next to none and she was very friendly. From the moment we entered the building it was an enjoyable experience. I wish more places could be like Mourne Fires!!!
We moved house this year and I've had it with companies / trades messing me around, doing cowboy jobs, being unreliable - to the point that I now expect the worst. The team at Mourne Fires have restored my faith - under-promised, over-delivered - very unassuming, just did a very good, professional, reliable, trustworthy, efficient job. How you'd think everyone should do it right? And really nice people. Can't recommend them enough. Can't thank them enough...
