Left a family meal early and rushed over to here to put in an important order as they state they close at 18:00, yet we arrived at 17:35 and there was not a single person in sight and all lights were off. Will be looking elsewhere at competing stores instead.

Couldn't ask for better. The service & product is first class. From sales to estimate & fitting there were no problems. The staff have all been professional & friendly.

Dealt with an ignorant pig. I specifically asked him details regarding some flooring that their fitters are currently laying and all I got was an irate response. Don't know who rattled this clowns cage.

Do not described hidden cost properly. Carpet fitter came much later than supposed to be and left big mess in rooms even they did not fit! Complaint about the problem of their fitter but no response at all.
