Lewis couldn't have been more helpful, thanks a million ..
Unfortunately the sales agent was so negative and kept going on about not being able to see if the floor was level without the carpet being removed. All the enthasis is put on the customer to do all the removal work for them. When challenged about lockdown and furlogh and you would think companies would be grateful of the business I was told "we are busy" well it won't always be like that and I wouldnt choose to give them any business in the future.
Great choice of carpets, staff very helpful, they really help you choose what you like or need. The only downfall is the carpet fitters, my carpet has been down for only a few months, and already it is coming away from the door plates, on at least 2 doorways, And the stripes on my hallway carpet have all gone wonky, so the carpet was not down secure enough to stop it moving so much.
Purchased carpits from here a few years ago and couldnt speak highly enough about the staff and range. The two gentlemen that where in the store were polite and kind and couldnt do enough to help with every question and query we had.
Good service from a very knowledgeable lady. Used carpetright for many years and cannot fault their price or service.
Hidden costs,carpets expensive. Salesman gave wrong advise and the personality of a plank of wood
What a neat beautiful shop . Prices comparable to anywhere , but service second to none. .
