We bought carpet for all the upstairs  and stairs. They came and measured all rooms. When the fitter arrived with the carpet one had been cut too small. So he had to patch it with off cut from another room. It was under a wardrobe so no problem. Got  £ 200 back so all good.

Went in just to get another sample as we realised the one 
we had was too dark . Both assistants were busy so we waited standing right in front of them no acknowledgement .so we waited 30 minutes later one finished so my husband walked up to him got ignored other assistant came over he talked to her went to sort out her problem still not acknowledged us she stands there shuffling papers I will add were the only other people in the store . Another couple walk in she serves them completely ignoring us . I tell her to cancel our order she's just lost 700 pounds disgusted with this lack of service complained to customer services surprise no contact from them

Despite giving all measurements of all the rooms to the salesman he did not order enough flooring and so when the fitters came they did not have enough.  Carpet right refused to admit they had made a mistake and insisted we would have to pay a second fitting charge for the remainder of the flooring to be fitted.  Not at all impressed that they immediately jumped on the defensive and insisted the error was ours and not theirs. We shall not be dealing with them again.
