Large DIY and garden store loads of choice at good prices. From interior lighting, kitchens and bathrooms to mowers, stimmers and leaf blowers. Great choice of Ryobi goods loads of parking, staff very helpful.

Didn't have the product we wanted in store and was ordered in for collection. Called to see if they had arrived after 7 days, we were told it would be any day now and to keep checking. Every time we rang to check the response was "They aren't in 4-5 people have already rang and they haven't turn up yet" in an unfriendly and clearly annoyed manner. It isn't the customers fault for ringing to find out where their purchases are. Poor customer service... which seems to be a consistent theme.

I wanted to purchase some plastic storage boxes and took what I wanted to the till. Here I discovered that the promotion ticket that was sellotaped to the box was for a different product. The gentleman serving me was most unhelpful and very dogmatic in his approach. His attitude towards me made me feel unvalued as a customer to the point I am unlikely to return to the store in future.

Better customer service at the checkout wouldn't hurt . The person who served me yesterday was just rude .

Everybody knows Homebase and I have always found staff friendly and willing go the extra mile. Their solid reputation is built on customer services. Soon Bunnings will be influencing stock, let's hope the reputation is either maintained or enhanced further.
