Called the shop today and found the staff to be extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me out today after being let down by another company. Prompt & efficient. Very reasonable prices! Outstanding customer service all round 👍🏻 Many Thanks

We have used this place twice and both time it has been the same experience. No problem at the shop front, good assortment of carpets at reasonable price. However the fitters are a different story. Both times they where extremely rude to the point of being bullies. The latest one fitted our carpet at an angle to the wall, the carpet has stripes. And the fitting is also terrible as near the door it's already coming off the joiner. We are asians and first time we thought we just got someone who doesn't like non-natives. But after having similar experience combined with terrible quality of work we will never be using their services ever again.

Found a broken electric socket after the workman had left. Called to complain and was answered back by a man who tried to claim that it couldn't have been his colleague's fault. Unbelievable!! Due to return tomorrow to fix the socket... Spoilt what was a good service by not saying up front that he'd messed up. I won't be using them again.
