An absolutely AWFUL firm that do no t work in the best interest of their clients. My wife was involved in a car accident that was not her fault. Worse still, she was assigned Carpenters as her solicitors. A person actually drove into her while she was driving yet, my wife had to jump through numerous hoops hospital appointments, physiotherapy, interviews had to supply proof of existence, name age, DOB, shoe colour, proof of work, favourite chocolate bar, when her first tooth fell out etc etc, so many hoops and yet........ it moved no further forward. It will be 2 years in November 2024 and they can't even sew up such a simple case. They have instead sent us a notice of discontinuance which closes the case. Completely perplexed as to how these people actually HAVE clients! They must be a default choice. Carpenters are the WORST company we have ever dealt with and i pity you if you are assigned these incompetent people.

Worse company EVER I WOULD GIVE THEM A - 5 if I could……..took 2 years to sort my no fault claim out. Was past from 4 different solicitors… they even asked for things that if they had read my notes properly and done there job they would have seen everything…..Intimidation is not the word. Told me I need to go to court. Then tried intimidation tactics to make pull out. Saying I will have to pay if I don’t win… even tho I had legal cover…then two days before I was going to court gave me a pitiful payout…. At that point I’d had enough and just took it….I can’t believe they would treat people like this. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER. Tell hasting you will find your OWN solicitor. And don’t let them say you can’t because if I had know what I know now that’s what I would of done

My claim was mishandled by multiple 'team leaders' documents were lost and not submitted on time delaying my claim, the only progress my claim would make in the first two years would be if I contacted them to move forward. However after 2 years and a case worker who did not careMs Dudley I was eventually passed to a lady called Bethany Cronin who was fantastic in every single shape and form, every question was expertly answered, she was the only agent who actually got a manager to call back when asked, she progressed my claim without being pushed to and eventually after 3 of the most stressful years of my life she helped me recieve more than we asked for in my claim. In a company with revolving doors for staff there is a bright star amongst them!

I was involved in an accident on April 4, 2023, and it's now nearly a year later, yet I haven't received a proper response since October. My losses haven't been properly calculated. After six months, I changed my legal advisor, but my new advisor is frequently absent from work. It's been an absolute joke.Today is July 24, 2024, and there's still no progress. I keep receiving the same emails, and they pretend not to get my replies. I'm now on my third legal advisor, who is also often absent and cannot be contacted as there is no phone number available. It's bizarre how often they are sick.They keep asking the same questions about my employer, income, and medical report details. Despite me providing this information multiple times, they continue to ask for it again and again instead of reviewing their records. It seems easier for them to ask again than to check what I've already provided. It's the same story over and over again—an absolute joke.

I wish I could give them minus stars. Worst company to deal with. My husband had a no fault accident and it's been nearly 2.5 years and we are still not sorted. They don't reply to the emails neither pick their calls. Endless waiting time.on the calls and unlimited emails..I have forgotten the counting now to be honest. Our car was insured with Hastings and we have been redirected to this company for an injury claim. Worst company, very unprofessional ..I think they need a proper investigation and we all should.report this company to the watch dog and to ombudsman so they can be properly investigated.
