I have used RMNJ for two property sales and purchases. One recently and one a few years ago. The staff are polite and responsive. The two solicitors who represented me were both excellent. Louise was proactive and always available by phone or phoned back if not. Competitively priced service.
Have used RMNJ for conveyancing twice now when purchasing property. They were the cheapest each time and provided great service. Note that communication is mainly by email but I was able to contact my solicitor by phone when I needed to. Great service and highly recommended.
Grianne Mulholland and her team at RMNJ Solicitors delivered outstanding conveyancing practice at a time of complete turmoil in the housing market June 2022- October 2022. The team worked seamlessly, were focused and professional, they anticipated events ahead and led with expert, unwavering advice. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.
Took part in a job interview here, had a meeting with one of their employees who seemed very positive at first due to me not having a webcam during the MS Teams meeting.. When I went in for an actual interview she took one look at me and instantly her face dropped. I'm assuming she didn't like my background Ghosted me soon after. If this is how they treat prospective employees, imagine how they treat customers?

My buyers were recommended this firm by their mortgage broker and as per other reviews it has been a truly slow and painful process. They have to be chased constantly. If you want your house move to take twice as long as it ought to then this is the perfect firm for you - they manage to make one of life’s most stressful events even more so. Best to use a recommended proper local Solicitors, where you’ve a chance they might care about you and your transaction!
I recently used RMNJ for the sale of my existing property and onward purchase. Like some of the other reviews, they were very disappointing. The service was slow, the communication very poor and a real lack of urgency. It got to the stage where both sides of the chain were waiting for RMNJ and these delays meant that both sides were close to pulling out of the sale and purchase of properties. I would avoid them at all costs.
