This is our local cafe which we attend regularly. The breakfasts are lovely and the homemade pies are gorgeous! All the safe are friendly and it has a real homely atmosphere...they even give a free sweetie to every child! There is a good disabled toilet with baby changing facilities and a large bench style seat for larger customers. It is a licenced venue with alcoholic drinks available but I always stick to coffee. I would recommend.

Speedy service with a smile. Good value. Would prefer to see all the cake selection in the glass fridge. Scones would be better served with jam and cream as an optional extra.

A real down to Earth British cafe. No flounce or faff but great service and delicious food. 100% recommended.

Very good low cost meal and friendly proprietors. Also licensed. I had liver with mashed potato fresh carrot and peas all home cooked.

I came to this place a week ago with my miniture dog wrapped up in my coat. This week I got told off for standing at the entrance waiting for a table but everyone just ignored me. I moved to one of the waiters and asked if there was a table for two and my dog. I was asked to wait a moment whilst she got the boss. Out came the boss saying that I shouldn't have come in with the dog and and that they haven't any room left. When I pointed out that there was a table free in the corner where we sat last week. She muttered that the people next to it might not like it. I said you won't know until you ask them. With this she went over and said OK this tables free. She made me feel so unwelcome that we turned around and walked out. We went to another cafe where they made us all feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother.
