Taking our 19 year old dog to be put to sleep last week we were met with the most unsympathetic owner who just said ‘let’s get the job done’ while we are heartbroken and clearly upset. He also made some other nasty comments about the dog  baring in mind she was 19 so her skin had got rather bad but he made us feel more upset and had no compassion at all in what was already a difficult time for us.

Always super friendly. Pup loves coming here! Super clean and so helpful.

We've used this practice through its various guises since 1978 and wouldn't contemplate using any other. They are kind, compassionate, efficient and honest. They make every effort to help animals who are brought to them but will always tell the humans the truth. If your animal passes away the practice have a lovely scheme to make it the best experience such a sad time can be. I trust them implicitly with my animals.

First class sympathetic service when I took my old Border Collie for euthanasia

I have returned to this vet practice after 9 years as I have a new pup, I went to register him and my details were still on record and they were extremely accomaditing, got him booked in and had his second injection that same day, all staff and vet were lovely. I was given good clear advice re: pet plans etc. I would define recommend this practice

Been going to Burch Tree vets ever since coming to the area. They looked after my previous dog and now have cared for my 11 yo Yorkie since her arrival as a scruffy little 6 month old. Staff are always helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have. Treatment options are fully discussed and the way forward is the owners decision. I do have vets I prefer to see and I will, moving forward, ask who the vet is before I book as there is one I do want to engage with. I recently had to take my disabled neighbours dog to be euthanised and they could not have kinder in sorting out the necessary, even in Covid times they arranged that I could be with the dog until the end, socially distanced.

The vets and staff keep you informed at each step, and deal with the animals with compassion and great care...
