The Team at car motion were open honest and easy to deal with, you can understand why they sell so many cars. We were sold our car by Paul Johnson and the none pushy sales and genuine efforts to put you in control philosophy works and works well. Thanks Paul, I can say its been a real pleasure buying our new car.
First class dealership Excellent professional customer service, from the moment we entered the premises we knew this was going to be a hassle free, no hard sell experience. We viewed several cars and narrowed them down to three. We were given the keys to all three cars by our salesperson, Nick Whiteley, and were allowed to inspect them. We were very satisfied with the PX deal and collected the car a week later with full mot and service. Definitely be back there again.
Being a previous customer of Carmotion, I didn’t give it a second thought at going to them when it was time for a new car. I was assisted by Paul Johnson from the team and the whole process was simple and easy. Paul made sure my car was in 5 star condition when I came to collect and went that extra mile by having the worn electric window switches replaced thank you Paul !!. My new car is lovely, full service history and the body work in excellent condition, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carmotion !!
Overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase of my new Audi from CarMotion. The overall sale process was fairly simple and hassle free. Although I spoke with Gernell on the phone regarding the car, I finally dealt with Nick, who was really helpful, as Gernell was off on the day of pickup, which is understable. However, the reason for 4 stars is that the car had hidden damage to the rear bumper, which wasn't pictured. Looked like the car had some sort of a bump recently. I travelled 3.5h from Bristol to pick up the vehicle. On inspection found damage which wasn't even mentioned in the ad. It's a real shame as they knew I was travelling from far, so they could at least mention that. However, I managed to get £200 towards the repair. I'm not sure if that will cover this but at least it's something towards it. Another thing which I wasn't fully happy with is the missing locking wheel nuts on the vehicle. Coming from a motor trade background, working in a main dealer in the past, it's not best for a dealer to sell a vehicle like that. Overall, I'm happy with the car. I can't fault the car itself. Nick was really professional and helpful. However, for me to give this dealer 5 stars -Fix all known damage to vehicle before listing it - I'm 100% sure the cars get fully inspected on arrival and this must have been reported at time of inspection. Or if they are running short on time due to workshop backlogs etc, please inform potential customers who are travelling from far. -Replace/fit genuine accessories if missing. Overall, it's a 19 plate car, so it would be beneficial to have what it drove out from the factory. -Most dealers offer drive-away insurance but this one didn't.
My 3rd car from car motion now.. after a few years when i fancy a change i go back…… every car has been amazing i have always dealt with the lovely Nick…. Always makes us feel welcome. No pressure selling AT ALL … lovely friendly, chilled environment. I drive away happy every time..!!!!!! Thanks guys..! Xx
Bought a very well priced and stunning inside and out, landrover discovery, the customers service was 1st class, Paul the salesman was brilliant, he wasn't pushy from the start, explained everything and went above and beyond. He is a brilliant guy and highly recommend him to deal with. The company have some lovely cars at very good prices. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed. Thank you guys for the experience. I will be back in the future am sure when I'm ready for an upgrade.
Decided it was time for a new car and come across car motion from the good reviews and ratings and from start to finish Nick was so professional and helpful throughout it all. 5* service!! And the car is gorgeous and well looked after on their behalf literally like brand new. Thank you so much to Nick for everything, I would definitely deal with car motion again in the future for another car down the line with no hesitation.
Paul was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of my car. It was a no- pressure environment and we were encouraged to view the car independently for as long as we needed and there was no sales pitch which we definitely preferred!. We would recommend buying your next car from Carmotion.

Was able to browse at leisure on the lot till I made decision as to what cars I was interested in. Checked out several dealers and the cards here are definitely on the more affordable scale. Salesman Nick Whiteley was very helpful.
