I was really appalled by the lack of service presented by Cariad. We booked 10 days in advance. At the agreed time and location, we waited to be collected. When the taxi did not arrive at the due time, I called them, to be told that they would arrive 45 minutes after the booked time, sorry but this is not acceptable and with no proactive attempt to inform us of this delay. We made alternative arrangements as we were unable to wait and informed them of this via text message out of courtesy to them and received an argumentative message to say that we had booked 15 mins later than when we had been waiting (still not sure how being 30 mins late can be considered as acceptable). We had a record of the message agreeing with them that we were correct in the timing and when they are at fault, it is unprofessional to argue when they are clearly at fault. Be very careful if you need a reliable service and a woman travelling by yourself, fortunalty on this occasion I was with people.
