Small village Post Office which is the only one on the main road through Old Colwyn. It generally only sells Post Office related goods such as tape, envelopes etc., although it also has a stock of greeting and birthday cards as well as a limited stock of printing inks. Does not deal with certain forms such as those for passport applications. It is usually pretty busy and often has a queue of six or so, irrespective of the time of day. The staff are excellent - very helpful, efficient and friendly. Parking is in theory a problem as it is not permitted on the road outside, although most people ignore the restriction. There is a car park about 100 metres away but this is often full. If the Post Office were to close it would be a tragedy for the local area. It is closed during lunch, usually between 1.00 and 2.00p.m.

the original post master that is there is lovely and helpful. when the other guy the older one is there. he is rude impatient. no time for customers. and he speaks badly of customers to other customers

The opening times are incorrect online. Post Master is rude. Often on his phone whilst dealing with customers and I'm currently stood outside at 9.10 am on a Monday morning with a queue and the shutters still down.

Despite on the website is written Post Office of Albergele Road Old Colwyn open until 17:30 at 15:15 was closed.
