Excellent treatment from the doctors and nurses with kind and efficient service from the receptionists. Please remember, when you talk to them, that these people are all human just like you and are there to help you, they are neither your servants or your slaves!

Pretty rubbish. You can't make appointments, the doctors just decide when to stop medication even if you need it. And the reception staff are pretty useless and unfriendly.

Took Mum to see doctor who promptly sent her to have an X-Ray and to get medicine. Follow up telephone call from the doctor the next day with the results of the X-Ray. Great service, lovely, kind doctor and speedy results. What more could you ask for. Thank you to all the medical team and especially Dr. Bulter.
