Very disapointing experience. Staff is so unprofessional it is hard to describe. Bought a mattress been promised it is gonna be delivered on Saturday in 3-4 weeks, instead it dragged to nearly 8 weeks with hopeless phone calls and promises to get back to us with some update about when we will get it which never happened. The bloke himself even lied on the phone that the so called 'manager' is not there now even tho I knew it was him because i could remember his voice very clearly. Had to chase it couple times a week every week and would bounce to the brick wall again and again. Finally got it delivered on Saturday (which we had to fight for as their driver was on holiday) they still charged us for a delivery even tho the mattress arrived nearly 4 weeks late. He didnt have change so promised he would send us a cheque of £10 whicjh never happened. But the worst was that we couldn't get used to the mattress we would wake up with sore neck and back and would sweat the hell on that mattress even though it was according to them the coolest mattress they had with the gel crystals that keeps your temperature normal both in summer & winter (so you don't sweat as much as on the regular mattress and you are not too cold in winter). The mattress apparantely is known to be used in some hospitals because of this feature so we thought it must be a good one and we paid £1000 for it. Nothing like that. Was worse than our cheap mattress that came with a bed 4 years ago. When we contacted them back to complain that it dioesn't do the 'temperature regulating' at all and we sweat more than before AND wake up in pain, they said it's too late now and there is nothing they can do about it. I don't understand how can a person know if the mattress suits them after trying it in store couple of times ? You have to actually sleep on it to see if it suits you. Anyway VERY DISSAPOINTED AND VERY UNHAPPY as we can't return it and spent this money for nothing. The lack of customer service is appaling. Would not recommed it to nobody.
