I can't tell you how slow the service was, I'd bought a frozen cake from M&S a few stores down and it had defrosted when I left Card Factory. It took 15 minutes to serve two people?!!

This store is shocking the layout lets it down 100% you can't make your way around the store without bumping into people as the walkway is so narrow. The store has obviously not thought at all about wheelchair bound people and people with buggys. When I went into the store the other day with my wife and our double buggy we couldn't get anywhere. As I went to leave the store to wait outside. The balloon stand was obstructing it and no members of staff offered to even help me get out of this shop. In fact it was members of the public that held the door open for me and moved the balloon stand over a bit. The quality of products is 4* but due to the layout of the store and the not very helpful staff my rating is 2*  I will continue to use the store but it will be when I'm on my own and can get round easier.
