Good customer service and quick to sort pick up from back door
Staff rude, didn't explain the process of the samsung trade in offer. EE lost a customer to O2 which were more helpful reassuring and understanding.
Impressively quick service using the Fast Checkout. Loads of staff around and it’s a well laid out and smart store. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes and will definitely be using the store again. Fantastic service! The store has had a refit since I last went in and it’s no longer the sad, drab store it was with the long waits and slow service. So much better now and worth a second chance.
I bought something for my TV which turned out not to be the right fit. When I went to return it, the staff in St Neots told me it was now second hand and could not be returned. Fascinated to see how they maintain that as a business model.
Waiting was atrocious... 22 items waiting to be collected and one person sorting that. Queue to pay is the same queue to collect. A shambles... Not the staffs fault but what have they done with the layout.... if you want to pay by card for reserved items you have to ask the queue of people waiting to collect or pay cash to move aside so that you can access the reserved pay machine. ARGOS. IF YOU WANT FURTHER DETAILS CONTACT ME!!!
Poor service. .. I bought a fitbit charge 3 watch for £130.. I was told when I purchased that I could return the watch if I wasn't happy within 14 days.. When I got home I downloaded the app and paired the watch.. I wasn't 100% happy with the watch I bought so I reset to factory settings and returned the watch the next day.. Only to be told that the watch I had bought couldn't be returned.. I am now stuck with a watch that I am not happy with.. Very angry with argos and very poor customer service..
bought a fibre optic christmas tree when i got home the wife said that box looks like it's opened and resealed,inside the box the power wire wasn't wrapped up just stuffed in the box and to top it off the lights didn't work at all so now a 17 mile round trip to take it back,and now i have written on the box in big black marker pen not working so nobody else gets passed this tree
I've never had a long wait here. Very handy as car park at the rear is not a long walk when you have big boxes. Staff will open back door for you if asked politely
Always very friendly and very helpful, a pleasure going in there.
It does what is says on the tin, a friendly Argos with parking nearby. Missed out on another star as my regular Argos has loads of parking directly outside. Very friendly staff, great service.
