I love this salon. It is very welcoming and everyone is so so friendly.  You definitely get value for money, on top of a super positive atmosphere. Service with a smile at all levels. I had stupidly tried to cut my own hair right before a wedding and thank god they were able to get me in and fix it. The customer service was amazing and I was treated warmly, with kindness and respect. Matt was incredibly kind and did exactly what I wanted for my haircut and managed to salvage it. I went to Caraccio's by chance as my usual hairdressers had closed down and I was looking for a local hairdresser who could give me an appointment. How glad I was that I called them! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a lovely lady, my coat hung up, and I was shown to a seat and offered refreshment! What a great start that only got better! I had my hair washed and cut by Matt so sorry for calling you Kevin! I'll get it right next time!. It was one of the best cuts I've ever had! Can't thank you enough. You made an old lady very happy!! I WILL be back!!

I usually go to the barber but had a bit of a bush and not yet losing hair badly. So I thought to myself, let's try to leave those hair grow and have longish hair for once.  Well I don't regret, Matt gave the best haircut I've had in years probably my entire life. Very pleased, knows what he is doing, looked how my hair was naturally moving and worked around that.  Very happy! I will be back

I've had the same hairdresser for ten years so going somewhere new was a little daunting! I saw Lulu, she made me super comfortable, talked through my options and clearly knew what she was doing. She recommended methods and products for my kind of hair, and the cut was SO good. Left feeling fabulous  Lovely atmosphere too

Been going here for years and always been really pleased with the experience, but my last visit I left feeling very unhappy with the experience . Paid top rates but left with a junior and indeed a receptionist for finishing . I've written with my concerns but indeed had no feedback which I think is the least I could have expected .So maybe might get feedback on here as this happened six weeks ago. Strange you haven't received a written complaint as posted it myself personally through the door . It wasn't only the drying I agree I usually have a receptionist or a junior dry I didn't want to go into details on here but it was also the fact that a junior when asked to dry my hair just stood and shook her head ,also had to go to basin three times as colour not washed out properly first time all the time style director who I pay top rates for was too busy to come and check thanks for your reply but as you can see it was multiple things regards Maria and since when has leaving a hair salon with dry hair been a complementary service really ?Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

So pleased with my wonderful hairdressers.  Matt, the owner, who is first class and very passionate in all that he does from cut, colour and style runs a very trendy, inviting salon with a lovely friendly team.  Whenever Matt has done my hair I feel fabulous.  There is a warmth the moment you arrive offering delicious coffee, hot choc etc.  Nothing is too much trouble and the head massage is to die for. Had an amazing haircut done by Lou Lou! she was very knowledgeable and so nice! and was thankfully able to identify and solve the issues I had been facing with my unruly curls, would recommend : also lovely salon and atmosphere with great people around!
