I have been luckily enough to meet Josh.  He has listened to me, understood where I am in life and how I need and am comfortable looking at present. ....he then simply used his phenomenal skills to give me a hairstyle that is the very best version I could ever have hoped for.  I am indebted to a talented but extremely lovely human being also.  He has a legion of dedicated regulars....I too hope he will let me join his gang ❤

What fab service we got last weekend as a bridal party. 5 of us booked in with varying requests, the bride had already had a trial but the rest were unsure as to what to expect. The girls were amazing, especially Daniella who did my hair. We were put at ease right away by reception, sat down and asked what we wanted, given suggestions by our stylists before they started out. Then we were given bucks fizz and macaroons, what a lovely touch to help us get in the wedding spirit. All our hair was amazing and we looked fab for the wedding, especially the blushing bride who Laura styled. I wish I lived nearer to Canterbury cos I'd definitely make you my regular. Thanks so much.

I rarely complain but i had such an awful experience that even to this day has made me so uncomfortable with my hair. I went in and explained exactly what i wanted, even showed pictures - baring in mind these were not unrealistic pictures of celebrities, this was pictures of myself and a previous hair colour. I asked for blended highlights to give that summer look. One thing i stressed was it not to be clumpy and brassy - this is exactly what i got! Ive been left with streaks of brassy ginger hair which are completely unblended. I asked for a refund however the manager gave me the opportunity to come back in to "fix" it. This was a very temporary fix as she covered some of the streaks with a colour similar to my natural and toned the colour down slightly. As you can imagine after a single wash its back to the clumpy state. I was so disappointed because the money you pay you expect them to at least get a colour correct and do what the client asks :( I gave two stars because the staff are all really friendly and welcoming regardless

I went to see Ashley last Thursday for the the first time and had a wonderful hair color and blowout.  Will go back in the future.  Very good job.  Lovely guy.👍

True 5 star salon. As soon as you walk in the door staff make you welcome and at ease. A drink is offered and more if you want. 
Your stylist asks what you want and doesn't push for what they want to do. 
The salon is modern and in a lovely part of town. I would recommend rush to family and friends.
