The Perfect Experience! I was looking for a good place in Canterbury to have ballayage done and a trim and judging from the reviews online I knew I found the perfect place. Everything in this Salon was perfect, the service, the atmosphere, the kind staff. Thank you to Vicky for my hair I love it! Finally someone (Katie) who looked, listened and actually managed to tame and understand my frizzy/wavy/ curly mix hair better than me and I've been fighting with it all my life - Seems I didn't need a drastic cut just shaping in the right places. The seal of approval - was this morning when i woke up, spritzed with water teased into place with a little serum and it looks as good as yesterday. Love it! Love it ! Love it!

I went to this salon when it first opened and have come back to it now. Nowhere else was able to give me what I asked for, a blend of blonde and soft brown highlights without looking false. Everyone who works at the chair is friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. The prices are on a par with other salons but the treatments are not they are second to none. 5 stars all round for this fantastic cosy looking but modern salon.

After having a little bit of a disaster involving my DIY hairdresser best friend, some blue hair dye and a few glasses of wine, I went to four different salons unwilling to work on my hair before I went to The Chair. And thank goodness I did! I managed to go in with a green tint all over and leave with a beautiful copper-brown colour! It's since faded out beautifully and neutralised the green, and I couldn't be happier. A lovely experience all round; will definitely be coming back!
