Peter & the crew have looked after our Demo Focus ST250 since the day we got it, installing all performance parts, brakes etc including doing a complete fully forged engine build in it, advising us on the best parts to meet our requirements.  Fitted the huge brakes all round which was a massive headache but they sorted it all.  Cannot fault their work or advice - recommend them to everyone who requires their services.

My car  Peugeot 2008 GT line had loads of issues 1. Adblue system - emissions control fault 2. Fuel injector needed replacing 3. Bottom ball joint needed replacing 4. Front wheel shock absorber faulty 5. Rear disks and disk pads worn out. Car torque were just amazing and fixed everything in couple of days at pretty much decent price. They tested everything before handing over my car, so far everything has been good. I cannot thank Car Torque enough and the customer service was absolute top class. Thank you again Car Torque and will definitely come back again for regular service.

The only garage I’d trust. First time using Car Torque North East and definitely won’t be the last. Great experience from start to finish. Ben and the team were great and even collected/dropped off my car. Will be back for a tune soon! Cheers guys!

Had an emissions fault and issue with my AdBlue system which brought me - after bouncing through several other garages who couldn't help - to Car Torque. It was immediately apparent that Peter knew his stuff and was confident that he could put things right. They managed to do the job same day and get me back on the road. From the offset staff were professional, friendly and didn't seem to mind me cluttering up their office while the work was done. Can't recommend them highly enough!

First time I've used Car Torque , my vw passat had a ongoing problem. Peter was recommended by another garage, it was sorted within half a day! Peter was honest and told me what he was doing,and also asked me and gave me a price before trying anything else  very happy with the service

I went up to Car Torque North East on Friday just gone to get a module calibration on my Ford Focus ST.  Got to the garage and instantly welcomed by the staff members on arrival.  Peter the owner came out to me & very professionally explained the process of what he’s doing and how he is going to do it on my car.  While waiting for this to be done, I got introduced to a few of the staff members on my visit.  Credit to Peter, he’s got a great team and an awesome garage. I’ve used this garage a few times now and had no complaints whatsoever. I’ve a standard Vw golf  gti 2017 which has been remapped to 294bhp which is awesome. I’ve also had the clutch and flywheel upgraded to an RTS twin friction clutch to cope with the extra bhp and torque and this has not affected the drivability at all. Finally I’ve just had the water pump changed which is a common fault on these cars. I got a few quotes from good independents but the quote from car torque was £200 cheaper. Ben at reception is spot on dealing with any queries and I don’t think I’ll  be using any other garages as these lads now know my car.

Fixed major issues with my 2014 BMW 3 series DPF & EGR valve. Power was non exisitant and fuel consumption had became terrible. Had all work carried out and a re-map and my car feels brand new. Saved me a fortune with their knowledge of options to sort the job out, where as other garages price you jobs based on main dealers looking for the most money and certainly not the best solutions for your vehicle . Use my car for working away from home and getting almost double out of a full tank of fuel compared to how bad it had got before I went to these lads. Top service always keeping you updated etc. Can't reccomend enough and wouldnt go anywhere else now.

Had my VW Crafter in to sort egr issue and engine  management.  Was given a friendly  reception, my options were  explained  and the  work  carried out  in a timely and professional way on the agreed date.  Van now  runs  great with no engine  management  issues.  Thanks  car torque ne

I could not be happier with the service I received! I enquired about a full splitter kit and spoiler extension, all I got back was professional and excellent recommendations. I went through Car Torque for my splitters and fitting my mudflaps. I am so happy with the results, I would 100% recommend these guys. They took their time to make sure all was perfect and looked after me while I was there. I will be back in the future!
