Collection orders you can get a 12 inch for £5.50 or two 10 inch for £8.50. Unfortunately don’t forget to say you want this deal as they try to charge you the board price when going in. Then when you challenge them they go oh yeah I forgot. It’s not the first time they did this. Very dishonest. Unfortunately I will not be returning due to there tactics to get more money.
Went in, 3 staff on, placed order and paid staff 1, who then went on their phone for 2 mins. Staff 2 stops working to complain about customer who has complained about the food. Staff 1 then puts phone away and starts my order. Phone rings, goes to answer it. Staff 3 finishes off my order. Staff 2 chaotically rearranges other take out orders. Staff 3 knows and accepts the chaos and works with it. I bet these lot get lots of orders wrong. Kebab ok, a lot of it, medium could feed 4. Still stalking g18s? You sad loser!
Bad- more than 2 hours late. Garlic bread and pittas rock hard. Parmo wrap inedible-mixed kebab had no Donner meat-sharwarma was still pink in middle.
Food is nice, but they almost always get the orders wrong, it's getting to the point where its not worth it. Sorry to say, but when only half your order arrives, then you wait 30 mins for the other half, or your pizza has the wrong toppings, or yours chilli sauce is missing, its very annoying. The only way to guarantee you get it all is if you collect and you can watch them pack it
We Capri for the first time we got the meal deal 4 it was very nice we really enjoyed it. I recommend try them .
My delivery was 25 mins late when it arrived half of it was missing. When I called the shop you could hear them all arguing in the back ground. They had totally sent the wrong order and would send missing items. When missing items were recieved the plain burger came as a cheeseburger. I ended up having to cook my daughter a meal as she dant have cheese. Most annoying
We ordere 12 inch hawian pizza portion kebab meat one chilli one carlic When order came it was missing both sauces I ran back up and told them I was missing both sauces they said they wold send full order again Order came with both sauces onpizza so I called agail spoketo a reallynice lad who took my complaint to shop owners they sai they wont send me another order out my partners pizza was perfect on first orderalli asked for was them to send me out my fresh kebab meat and both sauces so I have asked for refund thats gonna take over one hour If I was you I would avoid and take your biisness to another shop as its clear they cant get an order correct I ammow going without a nice meal before christmas To make it worse we have never ordered before from this shop
Vile. Re heated my chips and where like rubber. Kebab meat freezing cold straight in bin
I’d rate lower if I could. Took 1 and a half hours to come and the chicken was still pink! Rang up and got a mouthful... Would not recommend!
