Really disappointed. Got some trousers and my favourite top dry cleaned here, the trousers came back with both buttons missing and my top now has a stain down the front which wasn’t there in the first place. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review, the man seemed relatively nice at the time, I had some gloves that I permanently leave in my coat, I was in a rush forgot to take them out, they lost my gloves which are £25 claimed they might’ve put it in the bin, said it’s all my fault even though in my opinion it’s a shared responsibility. Pockets should be checked to ensure ur machines are not damaged or ruin other clothes, he then checked the bins so they lost my gloves and refused to compensate and saying that I lost them. I would not recommend this service they are very negligent and should Atleast remind or put up a sign that they have no responsibility for your things and to check your pockets. These guys are the best in terms of service delivery. They always go out of their way to be helpful and do reasonably priced repairs and alterations. All I need now is for them to collect and delivery my things from my home so I don’t have to look for a parking space in Kensal Rise.
Outstanding customer service. Staff are friendly and polite and always make sure that my clothing is washed thoroughly & on time and clothing is adjusted to my preference. I’ve been using this service for years and have always been pleased with my experience. I haven’t found a better dry cleaners in North-West London.
I have sent my clothes to be dry cleaned or altered/amended to Capri for a long time. And have always had great services additionally my items are always returned in great condition and fixed exactly as requested. They go out of their way to make costumers happy so for that I give them 5 stars.
I brought in an outfit from my childhood, which my late father bought me and I was so looking forward to putting my daughter in. All it needed was new elastic put in, so a very easy job. They couldn't care less that they have lost it, haven't apologised and won't return my calls.
We’ve had very good luck here with all of our cleaning as well as minor mending and repairs. Very friendly service! Loses 1 star for damaging and losing the label from a very very expensive blazer and not telling me about it. But overall really great service.
