CPBS was the best choice for our wedding venue. The communication with the team was great from start to end. They've always been super helpful, replying quickly by email or phone. All our numerous questions were answered, and that made us feel very comfortable. The team on the boat was 10/10. They even helped us with the decoration of the tables and vases with flowers, because they saw we were not going to be able to finish on time. My guests really enjoyed the food and drinks, they said it was delicious. Special mention to the oriental filo prawns with sweet & sour sauce which was my favourite! The ladies at the bar were fast and super nice. There was no queue at the bar for my almost 70 guests. We're super happy to have chosen CPBS for such a special celebration!
We had a fantastic corporate event on the Golden Flame! The quote provided by CPBS was extremely competitive and Jo was very accommodating and helpful throughout the booking process. The staff on the day couldn't have been more friendly, and the boat itself was stunning. Thank you for hosting us for a wonderful evening - we will definitely book with you again in the future!
What can I say about CPBS? They were exceptional! We decided to hold our wedding ceremony and reception on the same boat we met on 13yrs ago. From day 1 they made every step of the process easy and enjoyable for us. My main contact for my event was Olivia, she was amazing! Planning a wedding is very tricky and dealing with a bride and groom with a vision of what they want, even trickier, so hats off to Olivia for being so kind and patient, thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality. We were able to visit the boat prior to the wedding and met with Billy, he helped to answer a lot of our questions and really reassured us on what we could achieve for the day. The day of our wedding was not without its London problems, a Climate Change Protest, a Taylor Swift concert, and West End Live caused so many traffic problems for us and our guests but the staff on board were outstanding, making sure we were not panicked and just so kind and attentive. They all really calmed our nerves and meant we were able to just relax and enjoy our special day. We can't thank the whole team enough, from Olivia to our skipper on the day and to all the staff that made our wedding an absolute dream and the best day of our lives! We will be back for our 10yr anniversary pencil us in! Thank you
It was a wonderful evening. We booked this cruise for my mum and dad’s 50th wedding anniversary. The crew and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended!
Great experience from start to finish. Every single member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The actual night was superb, the evening was well organised to our specifications and went without a hitch. Everyone enjoyed themselves massively and the professionalism of ALL the staff office staff, catering staff, bar staff and the boat operational staff and captain was faultless. Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend highly enough - if you're in two minds about whether to book you should just go for it. Elizabeth and the CPBS crew were amazing: very helpful and made sure the event went smoothly. Reasonable prices and an unforgettable experience. Thanks again!

An unforgettable night thanks to the CPBS crew! Our party held at Golden Star where we have invited 75 people last week. Firstly, thank you to event organisers Hella and Olivia for the prompt communication and their help before the party night. They were still responding my emails even one day before the party with patience. Because of their guidance the party night was flawless. Then, I want to thank to the bar team. They worked ready hard all night and made sure all guests were happy. Our DJ, Dave Burtonshaw was great, too. He is very open-minded and reads the scene perfectly. The dance floor was full of people all the time. I am sure there are other hard-working people on the backstage, thank you to them as well. CPBS is trustworthy and we can't recommend enough. We will never forget that night.
We had the best time on the Golden Star for our 10th Wedding Anniversary party! I would like to thank everyone at CPBS who helped make this such an amazing and unforgettable evening for us and all of our family and friends!
Captain, crew and staff were all fantastic. Knowledgeable of the river and efficient with their service. From the initial booking through to the main event, the service was impeccable.
