My family and I spend two glorious hours paddle-boating Hyde Park during a recent trip to London. The staff was great. Obviously, this is more fun in the summertime.
Been out on these boats for the last 15 years, great to meander slowly around the serpentine. However the price is pretty steep. They use to charge per boat, now they charge per person.
Lovely little lake in the middle of the park. A shame that my experience was ruined by a strange sight: a very well-dressed woman running along the side of the lake shouting very animatedly. no idea where she had come from but she looks like she lives in the Mayfair area near the park. Very strange.!
Good place for self boating. Enjoy with family.
Definitely worth doing! We loved it and was an excellent way to enjoy nature and catch some rays.
Beautiful. Kids really enjoyed it
