I visited Sam Downer, in the Camden clinic, and found both his manner and advice to suit my needs perfectly. He spent time understanding my issue (achilles tendonopathy) and my need to keep moving and made good recommendations on how to strengthen my achilles, as well as treating the injury. I was back up to full speed within 2 weeks of my first visit. Thanks Sam.

My son suffered a sports injury, a visit to the hospital put him on crutches. The options we were given were physio, or potential surgery. We were recommended to see Minhal Bandali at Capital, in the hope that physio would cancel the option of surgery. Minhal was very professional and very good, within 2 sessions my son was off crutches, and by session 9 we were out of there. Would definitely recommend Minhal. Capital in Bushey is a great clinic, good location, and easy parking.

I visited Minhal Bandali in the Bushey Clinic due to a tendon injury in my ankle, hoping that the physiotherapy would help so that I would not need surgery. I found him to be friendly and easy to talk to and he spent the time explaining the injury, what the treatment would be and how to strengthen my tendon. He also spent the time and found that the trainers i was wearing on my commute were hindering the process and made recommendations on what to do. After the initial first session where he checked the injury and discussed the best possible results and the time it would take to heal, we set up goals for what I wanted to achieve from the physio and set weekly targets and exercises to add my regime to help speed up the recovery. I would highly recommend Minhal and his colleagues at Capital Physio.
