Nice food, but concerned about 1 star food rating.
Ordered our meal here, food arrived and had an item missing. Rang them up to he told it wasn't put on the order by the person who answered the phone. So I ask as we weren't charged for it, if we paid could they bring up the missing item. The man raised his voice at me clearly not listening to me stating no because you didn't pay for it. I said obviously I'm saying I will pay but can you bring the missing item. He then raised his voice at me again saying no, because they only have 1 driver tonight and that we had to go without. The service is disgusting, first get the order wrong because they clearly weren't listening properly then when rung up not listening again to what's being said and being rude and aggressive down the phone. I will not be ordering again from this place and I wouldn't recommend it either. I think customer service training is needed badly!!
The service is SO polite, the food is delicious and the portions are very good. Keep it going Oriental Kitchen!
