phoned and placed and order, was called back within a few minutes and told that i had been £3 undercharged and had to pay this extra to the driver when the food arrived. when the food actually did arrive 2 of the meals were completely wrong and the other was cold, phoned and informed the shop and was told that the correct meals would be sent BUT another £3 would be added AGAIN!! when the driver arrived only the two meals had been resent and chips for the one that went cold :/ definatley will not be ordering from here again!! not good service at all waste of money for complete and utter muck!! get together for 4 friends was completely utterly spoilt by this when we all wanted to eat together we couldnt because we had to wait for correct meals to be sent!!

Abso disgusting I ordered 3 medium kababs meat way to thick and tastes as if u sprayed arifreshener in your mouth I'd never order from here again 😷🤒

I have ordered 2x large shish kebab for collection. As I got home and found that they gave me Doner Kebab instead. I don't eat Doner Kebab! Called to inform them and I was told, "I don't speak and understand English" for ordering it incorrectly. I was also told that I cannot return the food because he already cooked it. Doner Kebab had been cooking outside for god knows how many days, hence one of the reasons I don't eat them. All he did was sliced them and put them in the dish! It looked and tasted disgusting! Zero standard in customer service, I couldn't imagine their safety and food hygiene ratings, probably way below standard too. Never get close to this place again, let alone eat their food!

The lads are always pleasant and genuinely make you feel like you're welcome. Food is fantastic as well. Highly recommended.
