Only getting a one star cause it wont let me give it none worst meal ive ever had special fried rice looked liked it was cooked in tar with little meat. Sauce was like wall paper paste in texture an ribs were dry even with sauce on. Chips were edible but are frozen chips so not difficult really. Would avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking, first time we ordered a box it was over an hour late so we thought we would give a second chance. Again an hour late, cold and hard food with missing food and drinks off what we ordered. We rang up and was told that we would have our missing food when they have finished delivering which is pointless  - and nothing ever came anyway even though we had paid for it. No customer care whatsoever. They are just happy to take your money it seems and no after care whatsoever.

I’m not one for wiring reviews but.....  Ordered and paid online, said it would arrive in 45 mins. Waited an hour and rang up to make sure they’d taken our order, the woman said it was just going into the kitchen. 30 mins later still no food. Rang up again to ask where the food was and was snottily told “I assure you that the food is with the driver”, staff became increasingly patronising when I complained it had now been an hour and half. Not one apology for the delay, perhaps the member of staff was having a bad day, I only wanted an answer and maybe an apology.  It was another 25 minutes before the food came, and to be fair the delivery lady apologised when we said it had been almost 2 HOURS. She then went on to say the food had only been picked up 10 minutes ago, thus confirming my suspicions that the woman on the phone had been lying .  The food itself was shocking, Luke warm had to go in the oven before we could eat it. Just a box of tasteless chicken straight out of the freezer, ribs were more cartilage than meat, dry noodles, rubbish chips. And to top it all off we ordered tango and they brought Pepsi.  Dead. Absolutely on its back.  Avoid.

Only order from here if you aren't very hungry, Waited an hour and 40 minutes for a munchy box rang after an hour to be told it was on the way 40 minutes later still no sign so I rang and cancelled got mcdonalds instead. Piss poor customer service and delivery times are beyond a joke. Be the time it would of arrived ot would of been ice cold as it had been sat there for 40 minutes prior.

Ordered on Just Eat, Mister Fu takeaway only to turn up to collect my food and the place is shut down. No seriously. Rang them, had to drive further down the road to this takeaway to collect my food. Very shady. Food 3stars. All in all i wont eat here or there again

Still waiting for a refund from 3 weeks ago for an order I cancelled after it was delayed by an hour. Have rang on 5 separate occasions and been fobbed off because they’re too busy to deal with it! Customer service is definitely not their priority and I would not recommend this takeaway to anyone

Absolutely shocking service. Called once after an hour to chase my order, a second time after 2 hours and again after 3 hours to cancel it as it hadnt  arrived. I was promised they would contact just eat and refund my order - which they didn't bother to do. Don't waste your time or money here.

Ordered from Mister Fu’s on just eat only for the order to be cancelled, called the number and they took the order over the phone instead, waited until the time given to collect only to turn up and it’s shut down, called the number again and they apologised as they had failed to tell me I had actually ordered from Cantonese Box instead, went 4 blocks down as advised and went in to collect to be told there was no card machine as there was at Mister Fu’s, so had to drive to find a cash machine. Finally picked up the order, got home, food is s*^t, greasy & salty. Will never use again.

Excellent! Worth the money & great customer service. The food was excellent a little bit too much salt but we loved it. Will be returning.

Had a munchy box from here, really good quality food. Everything was tasty and hot, the staff members was nice and polite too. The box could easily feed 4 of you, Great value for money.
