Amazing people, a little slow but okay I repeat amazing people!
Reasons of 1 star because it’s doesn’t let me post it. Without any investigation they gave my friend six penalty point and revoked his driving licence. As soon he find out contact the guy and ask why he drove 60mph in A500 Stoke On Trent. Before he change the logbook. Even my friends sent that guy licenses with address they said he’s not living here. The court and police are fraud.
Update.nI attended court stafford, was told it was with the legal team.nThis has now been going on for 10 months.nI told court I'll leave either with a promise I'll get paid and with some thing in writing or escorted out by the police.nIn the end the police escorted me out.gone down to one star.nThey're fobbing me off.nNot having it.nTime to take court to court.nPeople, one bit of advice I'll give you, don't book nothing off to go to court and certainly don't use your own transport.nYou will not get the money back.nnReason for 2 stars is because some of the staff were nice. That's only reason.nI transported 3 people to court in MY car, took 2 days off work due to being a witness and now they're saying 'were you asked to transport those people'nI've emailed, ive called about my expenses but they're fobbing me off.nI've just about had enough and now going through citizen advice bureau and if they cannot help then I'll go through the financial ombudsman.nI'm out of pocket because of taking people to court and obvs'attending myself.nBottom line is ALWAYS get in writing you will be reimbursed for transport and loss of earnings otherwise tell them to provide transport and they work round your time off work.nRidiculous
waste of time, if you looking at calling them do not bother!nni have tried for last 3 hours now and it seems no body works there to answer a phone!.ni rang a different number to be told there is staff in the office but they just wont answer the phone!
simple 5 minute query, am slot, took all day to get seen, katherine house running cafe who do a great job.nProbably would have fell asleep if the chairs were even slightly comfortable.nBasically it is what it is!
