James went above and beyond to fix my laptop - searching far and wide for a very tricky to find replacement keyboard, he didn't give up and fixed it promptly as soon as he could. Works like a dream now. Thanks James!
My laptop was not charging properly but James fixed it timely. I found James to be very honest towards customers. James is a very honest and hardworking person and I would definitely recommend him for laptop repairs
Fantastic family company! So happy! I called them for my laptop, which was not turning on due to some shorting issues. I was afraid the laptop's done for. Charger also had issues. The engineer James fixed the laptop for me in a timely manner and also cleaned out the motherboard and fans. He was very friendly and professional throughout the process, and generously even gave me a new charger for my laptop for free! I can't thank them enough. Now I know who to go to next time : Will be recommending this place to all my friends.
Excellent service with a very short turn around on a difficult repair for a projector. 6 other repair services turned down the job due to the nature of the issue with the main board but James recognised the issue over the phone, then confirmed after I had posted the projector to him. Kept me informed of standard repair charges from the beginning and turned around the job within 24hrs. Cannot rate this service enough. Worth more than 5 stars for the job I required. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great service! James reviewed my laptop and found a replacement for the dysfunctional keyboard. All done reasonably quickly for a reasonable fee. While I hope I will not need his services any time soon, it's great knowing that someone knowledgeable is at hand for any future issues. I can only recommend!
Our old home laptop wouldn't power up and as we needed it for home working/home schooling during lockdown we used James. On the day he received our laptop by post he already made the fixes and called me back to arrange delivery back. The service was fast, efficient, professional and very good value for money. Highly recommended, many thanks. Laptop works very well.

Absolutely amazing service. Found James on Google when moved into my new place, decided to give it a try. Not only was he super efficient where I called the number at 8am and got my laptop in to be fixed by 12pm, he fixed it earlier than agreed and called me straight away to come and collect it. Charges are always agreed in advance and only make changes after you've agreed to it. Would use again!
