I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Creative IT! I brought in my Razer Laptop on Tuesday with a technical issue, and by the next day, it was completely fixed and running smoothly. The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The turnaround time was astonishingly quick, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you're looking for reliable and speedy tech repairs, Creative IT is the place to go. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience using their services. The initial fee was acceptable. They explained in detail what the issue was and the cost to repair was reasonable and not inflated for the sake of it. Sam was very welcoming and I even got a cup of tea whilst I waited. All in all, it took a couple of hours to repair and I was sent away with a working laptop.
Recently took my laptop here when it randomly stopped charging. They fixed it on site while I waited, offering me tea and coffee while I waited. They saved me money as well considering what I'd have paid if I'd sent it to the laptop manufacturer. Really impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. Would use again!

Professional, Great Communication and Superb Service ! Without a shadow of a doubt the best laptop repair shop you can find in London !! After my MSI gaming laptop's screen started having issues with black outs, I took it directly the Creative IT team. When you arrive you have to fill out a form highlighting your issues which generates a repair log. I explained the issues I was having and in under 20 Minutes they had found the issue and stated it was going to be a screen replacement. Due to my specific screen being hard to come by it had to be ordered in. They were helpful and great with communication, calling me and messaging me with the progress of the screen being delivered and the repair. On the day they received the new screen they had installed it within the hour and had messaged saying it was ready to be picked up. 10/10 Service from their whole team, screen is working great and for a extremely fair price over many big brands who will charge extortionate repair costs. If you are are having any computer related issues, take it the the Creative team, they will not disappoint !!!
I had a quite controversial experience with them. On one hand most of staff were very polite, on the other one of them yelled at me over the phone when I was trying to get some answers from them. The main problem with them was that they didn't tell me how much would it take to fix the laptop though they claim that they are professionals and can fix liquid damage on their website. Also, every time I called they were saying that they are working on the laptop right now which doesn't sound truthfully. Eventually, after more than a month and a half I decided to take my unrepaired laptop back as they again couldn't give me some estimations. And I paid for all of this 54£ for diagnostic.
Brilliant care and expertise from Creative IT. I had a complete disaster with my Acer laptop, used for video editing and other work. I decided to do some extra work around midnight, and spilled my cup of coffee on the laptop keyboard!!! And the laptop died, wouldn't power up. My first issue was my data. I had backed up two weeks previously. But there was two weeks of work on the laptop that was not backed up. Plus the laptop cost thousands of pounds. So I needed it back in action. I googled and searched the whole of London for a computer repair company with expertise. You don't know who to trust, who has the expertise, and you don't know if you are going to be charged an extortionate fee. Plus the urgency of getting your laptop working again. We have so much of our work life on a machine. Found Creative IT, and travelled for an hour. I met Sam and his team. My anxiety was through the roof. Could they recover the data? Even more, could they fix my laptop? FYI Sam, you are a very calm and reassuring person, and that really really helped. Creative IT repaired the motherboard. And recovered the data. I took my own portable backup to copy the data. So my data was fully recovered. But my laptop keyboard and keyboard panel would not work. So Creative IT had to order another keyboard panel. Which arrived in 2 weeks, and was fixed at a subsequent visit. It has been a week since the repair and thankfully all has been good with my laptop. Cost of inspection, data recovery, motherboard repair was £320 including VAT. New keyboard from Acer and installation cost £234 including VAT. This was very reasonable to get my data and laptop back on track. I now have a separate mini table next to my desk for all coffee drinks!!! To help avoid further spills on my laptop. Thanks again Sam and your excellent team.
I accidentally spilled water onto the keyboard of my MACBOOK air and my screen stopped working. I took my Macbook to Apple Store and an authorised Apple seller, but they charged £700-£900 pounds for the repair and suggested to buy a new Macbook. I was not convinced as my macbook was still in good condition until the water spillage. I found Creative IT online and read the good reviews from other customers. I thought this would be the last place I tried before buying buy a new Macbook. Creative IT team did not disappoint me. The team were friendly, helpful and diligent. The charge of the repair was far more reasonable than Apple and the other store. I would highly recommended Creative IT to anyone who needs to repair their computer.Thanks team.
Sam the manager Was very helpful and friendly. Told my situation to the engineer, Steven my power connector was broken the pins was completely broken. Steven fixed it the same day with in an hour. Highly recommend was so stressed out these guys know what their doing and their prices are reasonable.
Above and beyond the call of Duty!!! I brought my Lenovo laptop in to Creative-It. This laptop having previously defeated several well qualified IT operatives was repaired by Creative-It in under 2 hours! I highly recommend!!!!
