Can’t fault the care and compassion of the staff within the Tilly & Milnathort practices. I’ll forever miss my sweet girl but to know she was loved by the staff so much gives me peace when she was so vulnerable. They went over and above to assist us and treated us all with such respect and kindness xx
Have been a client at this vet's for many years and always been happy with the service.nnI had never really appreciated how dedicated and hard working the vets are until very recently when my dog needed seen urgently in the small hours due to heavy blood loss from a severe GI infection.nCeitidh was the on call vet. She was out at a farm doing a C section on a cow when I called. She came straight away from that back to the practice where our dog was close to death.nnVery fortunately, it was just in time to save his life. From taking him in at 2am Sunday morning, it was still Ceitidh that ran tests on him Sunday. And still Ceitidh that updated me on Monday morning. And STILL Ceitidh that saw him for a check up Tuesday afternoon!!!nnRight through she was professional and personable. Just incredibly grateful to have our dog home again. Thank you so very much.nnUpdating review - to take nothing away from the experience above but to say not all the vets at the practice are equally competant. Unfortunately, only 2 weeks after the above experience, my dog was in again on a totally unrelated incident and the vet on this occasion was not nearly as good. Same pricing for a service with 2 potentially serious prescribing errors. And then a prescription mix up and incorrect billing.nnGood practice overall but service quality can vary depending on which vet is seen.
Our doberman is in great hands with the vets at Cameron & Greig in Milnathort. They put his wellbeing first in everything they do & are so kind. The ladies on reception are also fantastic & super helpful.
I have to say, practice vet, Anna, I can not thank her enough for the absolute best advice, treatment, and compassion.nThe resident nurse was exceptional, as was the whole reception team. I wouldn't go to another small animal vet.nEven though I drive past several large vet practices, on the way to Cowdenbeath veterinary clinic, I wouldn't stop.nThank you for all you did for junior
Outstanding vetinary practice, both the Milnathort and Cowdenbeath branches, staff are really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, treat your pets with complete respect.
