We transferred our 2 bulldogs here yesterday from another surgery and had to book an appointment today when one of  our dogs developed an eye problem overnight. From the initial phone call asking to transfer, to the call this morning and the first consultation this evening, the level of care, compassion, professionalism and  attention to clients- human and pets- was outstanding. The clinic was well staffed, spacious, welcoming, calming and just seemed to be operating at the highest level. As newcomers to Inglis Veterinary Hospital, we felt really relaxed, reassured and secure in the knowledge that our 2 precious pets would be in very good hands. The vet who handled our first consultation was friendly and professional, calm and reassuring and put the "patient" our big bulldog so much at ease that he stretched out and relaxed across the floor!! We left with clear advice, medication and a sense of relief at having been welcomed into such a well established, excellently run veterinary hospital where clients and their pets very obvioisly come first. Thank you so very much for making this transition simple and highly satisfactory. It means a lot to enjoy this sense of security.

I can't recommend Inglis Vets highly enough.  All the staff, from the receptionists to the vets are all very welcoming, kind and compassionate.  The vets explain everything simply and don't baffle you with science.  The animals are treated with great care and compassion. I have been with them for over 30 years and will continue to do so.

Visited Inglis Vets Hospital Dunfermline with my dog for an emergency appointment as he was in a lot of pain. The vet treated him well and was very reassuring, he got an anti sickness jag and this worked very quickly to make him more comfortable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always happy with Inglis vets no matter which branch I use.

Team members are always friendly and helpful. Took my pup Ollie along today for his year check up and the Vet was so good with him, she relaxed us both 😍🐶

I was down there today. Lexi has been sick amongst other things. I was worried so I took her down. We have been home around 2 hours and she has had scrambled egg and little dry food. No water as yet but so happy she is eating. The vet gave her a antisickness jab. I'm do glad I took her down. All the staff are so friendly. Happy I registered with this vet practice. Yvonne & Lexi. Xxx
