I avoid going to this place so I prefer to call. Service is unacceptable- staff need training around sensitivity, empathy welfare and safeguarding. I followed the rules of booking an estate car park space for my mum's carer, I called way in advance and I was told it takes 5 days to process a request, I waited 9 days (with bank/h 7 days) and now I am told to wait 3 more days. I have used this service for over 1 year and no problems but now the council are making things very difficult - even to breathe. Also the poor management needs to be addressed. You would think after Grenfell the council would LISTEN? Just to let everyone know, as from April 2018, Camden Car park, visitor estate parking permit - staff have been told to only take in "emergency" calls for parking services. They will NOT call you back, you will have to chase them up and complain in order for staff to process your request to give you a visitor parking permit. Staff have been told to only take emergency parking calls (what is a emergency parking service? I have no idea). remember to call in advance and flag (complain/remind) it up later on in the week.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Camden council have all the answers for NOT helping. I’ve lived in Camden since the day I was born and over the last 7 years I’ve had nothing but problems with the property I currently live in and the people around it. The council are only here TO TAKE YOUR MONEY and not interested in anything else. They would rather wait until it’s too late and for somebody to drop down dead to then start rushing around to rectify things. If I stopped paying the rent and council tax watch how quickly they would be chasing me for money and sending eviction notices.

My estate manager in gospal oak in nw5 was a star. She was the most lovliest, considerate, caring and very approachable person ever. If i had an issue with the property she would deal with it straight away. She really does take care of her tenants. And i couldnt thank her enough. I give that area 5****** and the gospal oak team! Then i moved into nw1 and now my new estate manager is the complete oppisite who has done nothing but undermime me.. and judge me. She even wont let me have access to my metre readings because i want to recieve a lower tarriff! Because i cant afford £60pm on electricity! I got judged. They never answer the phone. Repairs take a long time for someone to come out! Its atrocious....

I have been housed by Camden Council. Its a place you are meant to be able to get help when and if needed. And I have other residents living with me. It’s temporary until I am rehoused. I have to say I am thoroughly appalled and disgusted. I have never felt so let down in my entire life. I’m not surprised they only get two stars. They don’t even deserve one. I have been completely innapropriately housed. I was tricked, given an adress, told to go there immediately. I was not given a choice. I turned up and oh my, what I have found has been a nightmare. It’s almost indescribable. Most staff are rude,obnoxious,sarcastic,unhelpful. Infact a few are dam right mean! . Some women are vulnerable here. Staff are meant to be trained to deal with sensetive issues . They are meant to be helpful and kind and understanding. No only a few are. The ones who aren’t are infact bully’s! When I moved in here the cleaner and some staff members had the audacity to steal my things. I was told my things were put into a locker ? Well I never got my things back. Surprise surprise there is no CCTV to prove anything. This cleaner has been rude,unprofessional and obnoxious. She is loud and even talks on her mobile phone when meant to be cleaning, always when she is next door to me in the kitchen and will sit in the kitchen for hours doing nothing. It’s very odd and unsettling . She has yelled at me and I find her intimidating. She after I complained made up false allegations about me in retaliation and tried to get me evicted. Iv had staff from the council for a year knock on my door twice a day, they will let them self’s in with their keys if I don’t reply. How dare they do this to me or anyone? I have had things go missing . When i complain I’m told I don’t have proof. Nobody seems to care. Iv made formal complaints only to be told they don’t uphold any of my complaints. I’m told on every complaint they can not uphold that part of my complaint. The only thing that stopped is them harassing me twice a day. At times I don’t even feel safe here and I get deeply distressed living in such bad conditions. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful . Unsympathetic when it’s their role to be the complete opposite . They use their power and authority they have to intimidate and abuse. Iv tried to complain and stand up for myself only to be faced with threats of eviction. Something needs to be done about this they can’t go on abusing people. This situation clearly is not meeting my human rights as I’m clearly not getting the basic needs. I should be rehoused immmediately as this behaviour is not acceptable If this situation is not remedied I will have to take further action.
