Ticket staff always pleasant. Easy to commute to many destinations including Glasgow City centre, Hamilton and Motherwell etc. Two entrances to station, disabled access at Main Street side.
Easy to get to city centre within minutes I waited 1hour for a first bus which did turn up and myself a a few other travelers decided to try the train we were in Glasgow Central witn 4 min
Nice station, with great access for all, however when it rains, if it's busy than be prepared to get a bit wet since there isn't a lot of coverage
Small station no facilities other than ticket office, there are taxis waiting out on the main road, If not ring z cars
Annoyed today. Missed train as the attendant in the station was tidying station platform. No sign up in office. Thought he was in the back, it was all lit up. Really not impressed. 15 min wait.
