The location and office is way unattractive for a wedding, despite their self buttering words on insulation and ventillation or such. : D The process of booking appointments is confusing and unnecessarily overcomplicated, very very client unfriendly. For example finding an available date is a hit and miss process clicking every date one by one with wait to update each and every dates. Reliably finding commonly available time with outside venue is practicly impossible this way, a hit and miss journey. Cannot get overall info on available dates without going into the actual booking itself through lenghty registrations and providing every last detials about yourself first going through all necessary step for official proceedings and legalworks accepting terms on a wedding just for getting reliable preliminary info. Simple civil partnership signing is unavailable for a year without explanation, only the expensive ceremony bookings are. Terms and conditions is also confusing with many irrelevant items to accept for the topic at hand i.e. terms about childbirth at civil partnership matters and badly worded but repetitive still unclear sentences. Very incompetently formed procedures and web page, not worth the several hundreds they ask for their services.
This is the old address and Cambridge Register Office has now moved to Ascham Road Cambridge CB4 2BD as of 9th September 2022.

Impossible to get hold of! Can’t book online because the website won’t allow me to. Asks me to get in contact and they don’t answer emails! Can’t turn up to the office because it’s appointment only!
Professional service
Website is beyond awful. Took money and then timed out without confirming my booking. Also keeps making you enter the same information multiple time. You also can't see times available until you select a date. Just awful.
