You work 2hours and apparently this is too hard to do and need some additional time off during the busiest time of the year. Most people have not received a 9% pay increase, there is no way this is reasonable, as such the entire public and the company it seems have lost all semblance of care for your non existent plight. You signed for a company. Knowing the contract and now you complain about the agreement you signed. This is why other companies have taken this space. How sad.
Went out well of my way before work to collect a package when the delivery office should have been open, to find it closed even though I was there within the hours stated on the website and on the door!. Hours are limited enough as it is - and yet not even open during them, it seems!
Honestly hate this place... theyre open 8-10am in the week, thats it! Worst of all, you try get around that and book a collection... and numerous times they've failed to even turn up! So i find myself having to come back here.. Everything just seems like too much hard work with this lot.... Thats even when they're not "striking".
Most people go to work at 7am when are we surposed to collect out parcel needs to be open at 5/6pm would help Royal Mail are useless
It’s a miserable place. Only open from 8-10 am. Only 5 spaces outside. Just leave my parcels in my local post office please in my actual home county!
Dreadful. Have received 4 deliveries of general mail at our farm in 8 months!
Open 0800 - 1000 during the week, not good.
Dramatic cuts to hours mean this place is hardly open. Odd at a time more and more people are shopping online.
Short opening hours are at a time when most people are busy getting ready for, or going to work.
Saturday opening times indicate open until 6:00pm on web - 15mile journey to find closed at 12:45!! open till 3pm on Sunday!?? Very Annoyed -pls update misleading info.
