unfortunately haven’t had a good experience with the practice.nthis is due to waiting a large length of time for an extended sick note, for it to be rushed & the reasoning filled incorrectly. rang and explained to the surgery that the reasoning is incorrect, i rang pretty much immediately after it was sent to, i need this for my job.ni still have not received this. i requested the first time two weeks ago, received incorrect one on Friday, and have still not received the correct one.ni understand GPs are busy however the first sick note should’ve been filled correctly and that the wait for a sick note is extremely frustrating when i need this to send to my work.
Patronising and condescending front desk staff. Turned away from a time-sensitive blood test - and empty waiting room - for being 4 minutes late due to roadworks directly outside the entrance road. Now making an hour long round trip to Cheltenham Hospital to see staff who are more than happy to fit you in, despite being 10 times busier and having 0 notice.nnTried to speak to the Practice Manager and after a few minutes on hold was told they were obviously in a meeting and that complaints have to be made in writing. This just about sums up the service you can expect: dismissive, inflexible and infuriatingly condescending.
Really Lovely reception staff, always very understanding and trying their hardest to help and find best solution. My GP Dr Rallapalli is wonderful too. Lovely surgery
I have been with them since they opened in Cam and I was with them when they were at Uley and Dursley and I have never had any problems with any of the doctors, health care professionals or receptionists. The surgery is clean, bright and accessible.
Lovely building. Always clean. Toys to keep the kids entertained. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
