On a Bank Holiday weekend I developed a tooth abscess . With my Dentist and GPs shut I followed advice on line and tried 111. They were prompt but unable to help because I had a dentist I was not eligible for the Dental Service. So went to Minor Injuries at the Vale. The Receptionist could not have been lovelier and the clinician who saw me was equally lovely presenting as approachable, knowledgeable and pragmatic. Providing me with both antibiotics and better pain killers on the spot. No trailing around to find a pharmacy open on a bank holiday. Thank you !
Today I had to take my mum to the Vale Hospital as she broke her wrist . She has dementia so all very traumatic for her . The team at the Vale hospital were outstanding so incredibly kind and efficient . Mum wasn’t kept waiting for any length of time everything was dealt with so quickly and calmly .But most of all I would like to thank everyone who treated my mum for their kindness and patience . What a wonderful hospital.
I had had to go to Vale today due to tonsillitis, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. The entire staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Nik and Andy were especially helpful, providing excellent support and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful for their compassion and care. I highly recommend Vale for anyone in need of medical attention – they truly go above and beyond!
Lovely, kind and welcoming staff : saw a lady for my injured foot I think her name was jane I've seen her a couple of times and she's always so lovely made me feel welcome and comfortable, able to discuss my problem without feeling anxious :nSaw a very polite and kind man at reception sunday thank you all x
We are so lucky to have this brilliant facility on our doorstep. I’ve used them several times for minor injuries pulled ligaments, bumps, cuts and bruises after a fall etc and each time they’ve been very helpful, thorough and friendly. Sometimes you need A&E at a bigger hospital but in other cases The Vale is excellent. They also have a very good Physio department who have now helped me on more than one occasion. Thank you
