Answered the phone very quickly hence 2 stars instead of none..... Very disappointed that they would not allow a puppy wrapped in a blanket in the cab and refused to suggest any other taxi company 😕

They were an hour late! tried to phone like 10 times and didn't bother to answer! When the driver got to me she said that they didn't actally tell her I was waiting until 30 mins after the time I booked the taxi for!

Really terrible service - we booked months in advance and they double booked us, pretended someone else had taken our taxis and then stopped taking our calls. We ended up waiting an hour while they got another firm to cover the job.
