Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Went above and beyond when taking a disabled elderly relative for their booster jab here. It saved a lot of time and effort by simply coming out to the car and doing the vaccination whilst sat in the car. So much easier for everyone all round. Thank you again for being kind and helpful.
Really great service. I actually went to have my covid booster and flu jab but I got so much more. Firstly most gentle jabs I have ever gotten. I didn't even feel a scratch from my covid jab. Secondly such friendly service. The man I saw had a fantastic personality and I felt really wanted to help me. I am and have long been very overweight. I have been changing my habits and have been doing really well. We spoke about this at the same time. He gave me really great advice, websites to look at, and a new way of looking at things. Really great 5* service.
The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful,they take an interest and care about their customers.
I had very bad experience with one of them staff. I don't want to mention his name. But he's young man. 4 days ago I have been in pharmacy. I asked him about identity my kids photo for British passport he said yea that's fine. He'll do it and it's £20 charges for per person I said okay. And than I have been again for tell him. Please can you do it now? He said to me you need to bring your kids with you so I'll see them and than do it. But again when I have been today morning he just told to his colleague tell them. I'm busy at the moment I can't do it now like he's totally ignored me. This is really worse experience bcz I'm pregnant as well and very hard to go with my kids. Very very very bad experience
Booked my appointment online for my Covid Booster Vaccine. Was able to book for the next day. Booking process was quick and efficient. On the day, I was seen on time and everyone was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to book any of your vaccinations.
Decided to get my vaccine, first dose, I just practically walked in no bookings or anything. Waited for 20 min. It was smooth process and I didn't feel anything while getting the vaccination.
Travelled a bit further than I could of done but to get the covid booster jab a bit sooner, was worth it. Great service, organised, would recommend.
Went for booster. Great staff and well organised.Would have preferred more social distancing, but too cold to stand outside.
Quite tucked away pharmacy. I've just been for a COVID booster vaccine and all convenient incl. parking and easy access.
