Pretty big store, the prices are not the best but you can get some products for a good price.

My son needs an eye test, so I decided to call boots call center to arrange an appointment and the gentleman on the phone advised me that they are having trouble accessing the Luton Arndale Branch diary. So I said it was okay for him to put me directly through to that branch..... Well after 13 mins and the phone continuously ringing, I am still waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Are your phones on silent? Is there anyone working in the opticians today? What if it was an emergency appointment that my son needs? I don't live near to the branch so it would be a waste of my petrol to drive there, to find that there are no appointments for today. How long should customers wait before they eventually get an appointment? Well after of that I have decided to go somewhere else...Sorry Boots this is NOT very good service!!

The Clinique counter at boots luton is awful! Avoid and go to Another Clinique store!  The blonde counter manager was very rude to my wife. My wife was already insecure with her beautiful skin, the consultant made her very uncomfortable not only that she matched my wife the wrong foundation and my wife felt pressured to buy a foundation for £25 as well as foundation powder which the consultant told her was necessary, I found her customer services skill extremely poor compared to other counter girl in boots ! Avoid Clinique boots Luton!!!
