Call Tech (Ryan) built a custom PC for me for a specific application. He provided me with different options to suit my budget and after taking his advice he kept me updated during the build. I rarely write reviews but this company (Ryan) deserves a 5 star review. I would whole heartedly recommend this company.

Took my WD Hard Drive into Call Tech it had failed to be recognised by my PC and was not spinning. I thought i may have lost nearly eighty thousand photos. Mick took the unit apart to show me the partly melted inside, but assured me all was not lost. It took a while approx 12 weeks but Mick sorted it for me and recovered everything, I was over the moon. Thanks again to Mick and the team.

Took my lap top for a new keyboard, brilliant customer service, quick and friendly staff, very well priced also.

Went to get my earphone jack taken out of the port as it was snapped and stuck inside. Could of easily cost me £100 if they went through the screen which was option B. Option A was to try his hand at taking it out with his tools and experience which ended up costing me only £20! definitely will be going back
