Ordered a Neff Tall Fridge, and the service was excellent. They even changed the door on the fridge to the correct side  for me before delivering it out, and were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions.

Beyond Excellent ... Every aspect excellent but the personal service was above and beyond excellent. If you are looking for a tv or appliance then go here you will save a fortune and get a better product than elsewhere. Found them through eBay and went in for a 50" Samsung tv but after listening to sensible knowledgeable advice not sales talk came out with a 65" LG tv and a fridge saving a few hundred pounds . And meet a very lovely gentleman . Not very manly a lovely description but only way to describe the owner . Go trust and buy you will do yourself a huge favour.

Just want to say a big thank you for all your help and patience...no job is too big  very happy friendly and helpful these guys are to go to if you want top range products at low prices there excellent.

Phoned on a Wednesday got my AEG induction cooker on the Friday. Very Friendly they can't do enough for you. They even took my old cooker away for me. I would highly recommend The Appliance Outlet. Thank you guys

Last week I bought an induction hob to replace my old one. I knew exactly what I wanted and I found it in this store. It’s an outlet and the prices are significantly lower than in normal shop. My new hob is grade A, there is not even tiny scratch on the glass, works perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, answers politely to all question. If I need another appliance in future, that store will be first to check.

We visited this shop on Saturday afternoon on the recommendation of our son who said he had fantastic customer service.  If you want good old fashioned service with helpful courteous staff and great value products this is the place to go.  When we took the tv home we were uncertain how to get freeview and upon telephoning Rakesh he offered to come round after he had finished work to set it up for us.  He took us through the steps with patience and we managed to find freeview.  Don’t know where else you can get this sort of excellent service from. Very helpful and friendly man who assisted us without any pressure to buy. Excellent prices, cheaper than the internet. I would now always go here first for any electrical items i need and would highly recommend this friendly place.

I got my new Beko washing machine last friday & have used most of programmes on it & is working really well. The staff are very polite & they have lots of kitchen appliances to suit everyone

If you have a problem with something you have bought from them don't bother contacting them for help. If you do contact them they will say that they'll sort things out but after that they will totally ignore your calls emails etc..
