We can highly recommend the services of this estate agency, from the impressive video shot by Malcolm to the invaluable support and advice we received from Emma and team, they made what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless process when selling our property. The digital customer account removes the need for telephone contact as appointments are arranged by the team and updated on line as is all feedback.We wouldn’t hesitate to appoint them again if selling our property.
Horrible experience with this firm today with what started as a simple request to arrange a viewing for a property. Female director of the business which she was keen to highlight in a firm tone was extremely patronizing. She began with a horrible approach to the call and was very awkward to talk to; we simply couldn't agree on a viewing time due to her contradictory information "12.30 onwards is available, ok so we can do 4pm" so confused ... God forbid I questioned that information, I felt like I was shot down for it! Not a pleasant experience at all. If you're a seller, avoid at all costs if this is how they talk to your potential buyers!
Pleasantly surprised at how straightforward my stay was in rented accommodation. I mostly dealt with Sharon in the Clydebank office, however I found all the staff to be helpful and professional any time I called the office. Any issues raised were dealt with promptly. Ending my tenancy was hassle free with a quick refund of my deposit. All in all an easy experience for my first time renting. Would have no hesitation in recommending Caledonia Bureau to anyone looking to rent a property.
We received first class service from Caledonia Bureau Because of their excellent marketing our house was sold in three days.. Emma was wonderfully supportive in what is a very stressful time for any seller. Nothing was too much bother,and her feedback was pro-active and instant. I cannot speak highly enough of the service received.. Thank you Emma, Garry and team. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I used Caledonia to sell my flat. Everyone I dealt with there couldn't have been more helpful. Sharon, Garry and Emma. Emma was my main point of contact and she really is so knowledgeable and was a great help as I had only ever bought my flat so had never sold anything before so was a bit clueless. Any queries or questions she knew the answers. When my first buyer pulled out after 4 weeks she got the flat back on the websites the same day, dealt with the solicitors etc and always replied to me quickly whenever I emailed. Luckily the house I then went on to buy was marketed by Caledonia too so I dealt with Emma when buying my new house and again the level of customer interaction is above and beyond in my opinion, I had seen agents from Purple Bricks and Caledonia and I am so happy I went with them as I felt Purple Bricks just left you to get on with it yourself. Caledonia was the same price too so I am glad I took the time to see a few estate agents before deciding who to go with.
Excellent estate agents, with their help and guidance we sold our property in a week. Emma, Garry and Sharon were a great help both on the phone and in person. Keeping me up to date on the viewings and arrangements. So glad we put our home on with this fabulous company, they give 100% assistance and guidance. Thank you for everything
Received excellent service from Caledonia Bureau, start to finish. Garry explained the process thoroughly at valuation stage and then I was guided by Emma during the negotiations to successfully agree on an offer within a week of my property going on the market. Highly recommend if looking to buy, rent or sell in the local area. Thanks again to the team.
